Wednesday Weigh-in
900g loss for me today. I'm really grateful for that since I had 2 naughty take-away days. =) I'm now at 20.1 total kg lost, or 44.3 lbs. Woot! I had my blood work done this morning, and I leave in a couple of hours to get my ultrasound taken care of. Next Friday is my appointment with Dr. H to go over all my results. Fingers crossed!
